I found a free keyword analyzer tool that shows you the searches per day and the competing websites for each term on google, yahoo and msn.

It also comes with videos on how to use the software.

All you need is to sign up for the newsletter.

Must have software for people not ready to invest in an expensive one.

Google has another free tool called Traffic Estimator Sandbox.
It shows you how much traffic you can expect to get from an ad campaign. It also shows how much the average cost per click is for the keyword phrase.

This is a new microsoft tool that lets you evaluate the commercial intent of someone who puts in a certain keyword. Anything above .5 is a commercial intent. Remember to click the query button.
